Recently, there was a very heated board meeting attended by many angry taxpayers. Sadly they were being inflamed by a lot of untruths and misinformation. Dr Mitchmore, Vice-Chairman for the Montrose Management District, used his experienced leadership skills to address the agitated crowd and came up with a process that is good for all concerned. He honored the protestors for the tremendous amount of hard work that resulted in gaining approximately one thousand signatures on a petition. He also recognized his fellow board members for their courage to promote improvement and change noting that it takes far more courage and strong character to be for something than it is to be against something new.
